1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ARIA (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not financial advice
ARIA provides fundamentals ratings, charts, and AI-generated explanations for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no rating, score, or chart constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before making them. Market data and ratings may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions and billing
First-time subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged automatically for the plan you selected and your subscription will continue. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features going forward, with reasonable notice for existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to circumvent usage limits, scraping or reselling data obtained through the Service, reverse engineering the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting an update on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
